TERRIBLE! I have over 800 martial arts instructional dvds and this is easily one of the worst vids ive ever seen!!! The guy tries to teach "anti-grappling" techniqus but he doesnt even know how to apply the moives he shows you how to escape. theres a hilarious scene where he shows how to escpae the bjj americana, but its not even applied correctly! all the deomonstrations of the grapling moves are done totaly wrong! any bjj blue belt could have done a better job! dont waste your money!
