UFC 2 was the only UFC one night, single elimination, 16 man tournament. Turns out fighting 4 times in one night is harder than fighting 3 times in one night. So this was the only one. Unfortunately this DVD DOES NOT include the entire first round. Instead you get only 3 of the first round fight, 2 of which are located only in the bonus feature section of the DVD and not part of the feature event. But you do get the rest of an awesome tournament featuring UFC 1 champion Royce Gracie in a tournament including UFC 1 veteran Patrick Smith and noteworthy fighters from around the globe including a ninja named Scott Morris. This event also introduced fight fans to what would become the best referee in the sport, Big John McCarthy. Own a piece of history and buy this and you'll also get a better understanding of why the point of the elbow isn't allowed to strike the head anymore (watch the Morris/Smith and the Pardoel/Weit fights for a better understanding).
