The third volume in this series shows a couple of techniques not shown in the previous two. Interesting two man and four man kata more like judo's nage no kata, where one (or three) do all the attacking while the other does all the defending, than the typical karate kata. Great picture and sound quality and easy to follow just like the others in this series.
