This is an excellent DVD that covers how to adapt the ground game to street self defense. Just as there are differences between Submission Grappling and MMA, there are also differences between MMA and Street Ground Fighting. This DVD is an introduction on how to go beyond MMA by adding techniques and/or targets that are often illegal in MMA. Keep in mind that, as Burton explains, this isn't a "magic pill." To be a good "street" ground fighter you should start off by being a good ground fighter. With a solid grappling foundation, the information on this DVD can help inspire you to change your perspective and discover other ways to enhance your ground game.
