Not bad if you're looking for systema's approach to grappling. You'd be better off with an Erik Paulson DVD if you want to learn grappling though.

This video focuses on the foundational role of proper breathing in grappling and, in fact, all martial work. It is not an instructional vid on grappling per se. It's really for folks with some prior background who really want to ramp up their performance and endurance.

not much info. and he states in the dvd that wrestlers often end up with heart problems because they exert so much force and energey. ive never heard this any where else. most former wrestlers ive seen and know live very healthy lives even after their days wrestling. so i dont where he got that info. altough maybe i am wrong. they emphasize relaxing and breathing wich you should have been taught first in bjj class. assuming you area bjj practitioner. skip this peice of crap. its more systema bs.
