Michel Van Rijt, 4th dan in Judo and Jiu-jitsu, European champion, world vice champion, 1st dan in karate, instructor in Pancrase, was also several times champion of the Netherlands in Penchak Silat. Today he teaches all around the world. Renowned and feared among his peers for his ground techniques, he remains one of the best jiu-jitsu fighters in the world. He's a purist who excels in newaza.

Eric Garnier remainse one of the few experts in Chin Na in Europe. 2nd dan in jiu-jitsu, instructor in Chinese boxing and Tai Qi, Cane, Stick, and knives. Founder of the Bas Rutten Academy, he has been spreading Pancrase in France and he has participated in training sessions with Bas Rutten, Marco Ruas, and Remco Pardoel.

On this DVD, Eric Garnier and Michel Van Rijt will demonstrate the various aspects of ground fighting or newaza, traditional techniques with the gi, techniques specific to Pancrase, and some forbidden techniques.

Format:	DVD PALPAL is the standard video format used in Europe and parts of South America. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem.
