This is a very wrestling-oriented piece. Covers takedowns (both long range and clinched), break downs, Nelsons, leg rides (good stuff here!), and counters to all the above. May be the complete ground control bible!

its hatmaker so ofcourse its awesome! beware though, this is VERY wrestling oriented material. so its not like the BJJ you have probably learned. all great stuff! ad this you your BJJ aresenal and dramicially imrpove!
