not bad. some good info. altho its systems so watch out for some moves that i think would only work in fantasy land. but then again they do where the camo pants so you know they are the "real deal down and dirty military fighting save your ass type of skills". or so they would have you beleive. not impressed with systema as a whole.

Keep in mind you will need a training parnter.Much of System is a feel thing and managing your stress and being relaxed.

systema goes beyond a simple list of techniques.It is more about core principles
