Format:	DVD PALPAL is the standard video format used in Europe and parts of South America. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

This DVD gives you a good idea as to the correct format in which a Kyokushin class progresses from the warm up through the basics and onto the advanced techniques. The Seinchin Kata performance in the snow is an awesome extra!
