Format:	NTSC DVD & CDNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

This Boxed set was more than I expected. You wouldn't believe how many different ways there are to train belly breathing! Recommeded for Qigong or Tai Chi Beginners and my Intermediate level practitioners. Advanced Level students might find this stuff rather dull. But I definitely think there's something in here for everyone no matter what skill level.
