This isn't a flashy set. Two guys, white gi's, blue background with plenty of room to avoided crowded camera views. Still I think this is an awesome set to have. Pe de Pano teaches you so much more than moves. He teaches you what you need to think about. He covers how to MOVE. He discusses common ways of doing certain things and why he does them differently. I think this is the sort of set that can be valuable for almost anyone. Obviously, he has a sick guard, and high level players can benefit from his insights. But I think even a beginner would learn a lot here. They wouldn't be able to pull these moves off per se, but they would gain a better understanding of what it means to actually play guard, what the guard really is and can be.
