In the future, cloning has become a routine occurrence. Dr. Oh (Pat Morita), a scientist at the Nova Corporation, has learned to control the minds of clones, but is promptly let go from his position. In order to get revenge on his former employers, Oh creates Takeru, the ultimate human killing machine. When the Nova Corporation learns of this, hire Madsen (Sam Bottoms), a ruthless bounty hunter to take care of Oh and Takeru.

Not a great movie, the acting leaves something to be desired. One of the last (if not the last) Pat Morita (the karate kid) made. It does also star real life MMA fighter Masakatsu Funaki (38 - 12 – 1) as Takeru. This is also one of Bas Rutten’s (28 - 4 – 1) first bigger budget entries. Interesting note Rutten and Funaki met twice in the ring. The first time Funaki won and the second Rutten won. Their meeting as antagonists in this movie shows how two real life combatants can make a movie fight look real.
