Covers the basics well. Even better with good RBSD-training, so one can deal with the adrenaline more easily. No doubt Bill Kipp knows self-defense.

a good dvd. the only problem is that theres no actual techniques. its just a buncha concepts. the videos instructor does plainly mention this in the begining of the video. its a good video on basic body langurage and verbal skills to lessen the odds of a bad situation escalating. i liked it, overall the best self defense dvd on the psychology of a possible attack. everything is explained simple and quickly! theres no rambling on and on by the instructor telling you a bunch of nonessential info. (like kevin secours does.)
