Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. I got this DVD not to long ago and loved it. I play a lot of half guard and after watching this I can go from full guard to half guard with ease...Some of the technique are for advance players, but this DVD is good for all levels..

I bought this video several months ago and I think its excellent. I have been able to use several moves during sparring. I am looking forward to purchasing Machados great escapes video soon.

I wonder who thought it would be a good idea to wear two white gi's on a white floor, against a white background...

Gustavo teaches well, covering many finer details, and using precise movements to illustrate exactly what you need to do. There are some neat moves in this one too. 5 stars

Outstanding DVD. I agree that the white gi's and white floor were a bad idea for filming purposes, but a fine instructional DVD anyway.
