California native Jody Sasaki is a world renowned martial artist and fight choreographer who has won the NBL World Championship in Self Defense and Forms an unprecedented eight times. A 6th degree black belt in American Kenpo, Sasaki's best-selling series of instructional videos have made him a familiar and well-respected figure in the martial arts community, while his innovative curriculum and unique approach to teaching are currently used by schools from California to Italy. Besides his own record-setting wins in the Super Grand Nationals, Sasaki has also trained four World Karate Champions and ten International Champions.

In addition to Kenpo, Sasaki is a Certified Master Instructor in C.D.T. Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.
