Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Worst instruction I have ever seen. Some of the linked strikes are useful but over all this thing is terrible. The instructor actually tells you to cross your feet during a strike followed up by a take down! Anyone who know anything will take that and destroy you. He actually demonstrates a jumping jab. To make the moves look "cool and fast" they have a huge waste of your time at the end of every segments with review in a manipulated video that is blurred and the sound is slowed and isolated so he sounds like a wild animal, this is a huge wast of time. The "drills" are mostly crap and some of them will create bad habits in novice students none of them are much use. Over all this may work for a cop dealing with a drunken idiot who does not know anything, but most of this is pure crap do not waste your $ get one of the Krava Maga, BJJ, boxing, or Muay Thai instead. At best this POS is a wast of $ at worst it is dangerous and if you use much of it in real life it will get your ass kicked.
