a wonderful collection despite being over 20 years old, the principles are sound, the theories still absolutely up2date. Benny proves a charming teacher - v witty at times and his overall delivery is eloquent and fluent. Anyone with experience in boxing and hard contact sparring will find this helpful not least a good refresher esp the speedball workout; novices will defo pick up some pointers for movement etc. ty benny!

i have 4 of these.2,3,4 and 7.benny is a masterful teacher and fighter.he is a real hero of the martial arts.these dvds were totally incredible.by fighting benny...remember the song??

very nice set. good info. all pretty basic to intermediate info. i was really impressed. benny the jet has a better blend of boxing and kickboxing and muay thai then most striking trainers involved in mma today.
