I think this video is excellent!
James McNeil was trained by master teachers in Taiwan and the quality of his instruction and skill is apparent in this video.
This video provides an excellent foundation for practicing the art of hsing-i. A complete curriculum for the unarmed methods of hsing-i is included.
There is enough material here to last you for one year of study, by which time you should have a good hsing-i foundation on which to build.
