The DVD is a compilation of Yuki practices filmed during Maruyama's 2004 World Tour in Utrecht, The Netherlands, San Francisco, USA, and Byron Bay, Australia. It covers Katsugen Undo, Yuki, Spiral Yuki, breathing and various techniques to increase suppleness and strengthening of the body. The DVD is extensively subtitled.

Koretoshi Maruyama was at one time the president of the Ki Society and has recently started his own international organization. In 2002 and 2003 he conducted seminar tours focusing on Aikido techniques. Due to many requests worldwide, in 2004 Maruyama taught his system of Yuki Healing to the public.
