This is really a lovely book in "typically" spontaneous manner of John Stevens. It has a collection of wisdom from different martial arts' traditions of Japan, some of which are extremely interesting in their cryptic language and approach, and others more welcoming, and yet others more well-known. I found a lot of great things here and Im sure that you will too.
