I find master Peter Chema's demostration clearly delivers comprehensive information and detailed explanation of each posture. It is a great resource to anyone who is interested in learning authentic Chinese shuai chiao (Baoding kuai chiao) passed down by Great GM Charng, Tung Sheng. Though Chinese characters and terms of Shuai Chiao are not used in Chema's teaching, he still conveyed the true spirit of this art successfully.
