This dvd covers the core of all systema principles. Like building blocks it starts with basic warmups, drills to enhance combat readiness and then a display of Systema at its best in action!

This is another good starting point as far as tapes go if you're new to Systema. Much of it is hard to accept, but like most things there are some useful pointers.

A very good video to start with.It is one of the top selling systema DVD

I will agree with Kyle that for the person new to this art ,yes there is a lot that is hard to accept

But if you have an open mind and emty and wash out your tea cup,you'll be able to learn these concepts very quickly in no time and you will be happy that you made decision to buy this wonderful DVD

Very good DVD, The defense from a chain I could have done without but all and all the principles are laid out just fine. Other than that certainlly a good starting point for those new to systema.

vladimir is good really good,i have nearly all his dvds and systema is good,you only need to delete some moves that are not realistic but in overall systema is better than krav magakrav maga works but its more of a butcher style of fighting,systema is flows and doesn't require tension and to be agressive thats for krav like i said krav is good but its messy and messy means butcher martial art good luck
