Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

Overall a good Judo DVD series. BJJ guys can also learn from this series. Everything is explained clearly with very good detail.

Great ne waza moves are shown in this DVD set, they're very well explained in detail by Mike Swain, and this is just a comment I wonder if his father-in law had something to do with it, taking in consideration that he was an olympic medallist himself and specilized in ne waza. Anyway, Mike is a real champion and he surely knows his Judo. An excellent set to buy, specially for the modern begginer judoka that thinks that the BJJ is the only art that excells in matwork. Of course, a seasoned player will also get the most of it. As a punch line, I'd say that if you're plannig to get only one ne-waza DVD set this year, this SHOULD be it.

Mike is just "one of those guys" (who can teach you subtle intricacies you never saw before that make all the difference) ..a great alternative to BJJ. Also great for strikers who train for self defense and want to add some ne waza to their arsenal.
