Very well produced, very informative and fun to watch. For people with judo experience the actual way of falling may not be that new, but the exploration of the whys and hows of Ellis Amdur's method is what makes this an excellent dvd.

im not an aikido practitioner but this dvd is excellent. ive had other dvds on breakfalls this is by far the best. excellent dvd.
