Probably the best dvd on the sit up guard. Mariano covers how to get into the control, how to sweep, and how to submit. The DVD is laid out great an is very easy to understand. This DVD will help your guard game tremendously.

I like Tinguinhas DVD's better than most. He teaches well. The instruction develops logically, and i think is better suited to giving you a sitting guard game instead of just showing you an encyclopedia of techniques from this position
