Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

Another great disc by Su Dong-chen. Look for his defense against the single leg takedown in this series. And his defense against a leg kick will blow you away. Su is very clever. He even shows how to do the sanshou (sparring). Not to be missed.

As great as the first one in the series (please refer to my review). But this time, Su Dong Chen focuses more on defence against throws/grappling whereas in the first one it was strikes mainly. He also demonstrates defence against multiple attackers as well as his interpretation of segments from his tai chi, xing yi, and ba gua forms. 5 stars!!!
