Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. this is a really good introduction into the Hayastan fighting system. As anyone who has viewed ANY of Gokor's videos, then you know he is very methodical yet as he explained with his system, if you can finish fight quick, then you stay fresh. The more combination you pull off, the more energy expanded as Gokor explains in this dvd. But by all means he's not saying it's bad to have combos, just why drag out a fight if you can end it fast. & that's what he teaches in this dvd set. Very straight to the point but not blindly either. He's doesn't show you techniques to put you in a bad spot, he show's you how to be in a fight-ending spot with as little moves neccessary. Which can't be bad, right? If you can get a copy of this you will see, this would be a very worth addition to your library. But on a minor note, the footage obviously looks dated, but not the techniques.
