Great amount of matwork techniques can be found in this DVD, and the best of all is that if you're willing to read you'll be able to understand every word the old sensei speaks. And that's not very common with japan imported discs. I was shocked to see the skill, speed and agility of this old sensei, he was truely a great exponent of far more technical oldschool style, a time when brute force was rarely if never used in Judo. Well, At least by the masters, of course.
