Cai Lifo Kung fu is a main style of Nan Boxing, created on the basis of Shaolin Kung fu by Chen Xiangong who was born in Xinhui, Guangdong in the beginning of the 19th century. The art is popular in Southeast Asia, Europe, and the US. Cheng Yongfa has over 4,000 Wushu clubs outside of China, more than 300,000 practitioners, and over 190 series of authentic forms for empty hand, spear, staff, and sword.
