Chang Hu Xin Yi Men was developed by Huiwei, a famous wushu monk who lived in the Song dynasty. The forms were later improved by other monks such as Jinnaluo in the Yuan dynasty, and Juexun and Tongxiang in teh Ming dynasty.

Chang Hu Xin Yi Men Quan is forceful and powerful, plain and simple, with the hardness and softness working together and the postures are unique and good for actual combat. Regular practice will improve your attacking and boxing techniques and will improve your ability to defend yourself.

Instruction is provided by 34th generation successor, Shi Yongzhi.
