Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. As usual, Tinguinha teaches well in this DVD. You get plenty of details, and there are some fun drills to do with a partner, or even by yourself on a wall. I do think it would have made more sense to keep the spider guard stuff on the spider guard DVD.
