Yan Zumou was born in China in 1940. When he was 14, he started practicing Chinese wrestling with his master Song Zen Pou and his son Song Pao Zen. In 1958, he went to the Sports Institute of Shanghai under the supervision of Master Zhou Sibing and obtained his diploma in 1963.

Great DVD, I loved it. The video quality is very clear with crisp colors, and it comes in different languages. You can tell the sifu is very well versed in his art. I'd reccomend it to anyone interested in the throwing arts. Definitively a must.
