Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. This is a great DVD. It covers just about everything on Goju ryu hojo undo. All the different training devices and how to use them are demonstrated. A must have for all Karateka. This is one of my favorite DVDs.
