Toshihiko Koga: A New Wind DVD   Few men can claim to have changed the face of their sport. Toshihiko Koga is one. Three times World Champion and Olympic Gold and Silver medallist, Koga is the most talked about and admired Judoka of his generation. He is one of the sports great innovators.

Recently retired from international competition, Koga reveals for the first time the secrets of the amazing "reverse Judo" techniques that he has invented: his own versions of Ippon seoi-nage, Sode-tsuri-komi-goshi, Koshi-guruma and his one handed Morote seoi-nage are all examined in detail. Format: DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used.

Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual.

Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

Excellent!!! and even this word just quite can't descirbe it enough.
It's a obligatory item for any serious Judoka or anyone interested in the throwing and grappling arts. Toshihiko Koga is not your regular champion with both great speed and stamina, he also has a superb skill to make the throws work. Definitively you must include it in your collection. I can't praise it enough.
