This DVD set holds all the requirements to 3rd Degree Black Belt in Shito Ryu Karate, if I'm not mistaken. Florentine does an amazing job at explaining in ample detail all the finer points of that Kata training which is very important in Shito Ryu. He also shows applications for the Kata which is somewhat rare and highly valuable! If you're a Shito student, this series holds all you'll ever need to mastering your technique, your form, and your art!
