I think this series is almost entirely in Japanese. Although you can't understand what's being said, you really don't need to. The techniques are shown and demonstrated with clear, concise technique and repetition that it's easy to pick up. The Training Camp videos were amazing. See why Kyokushinkai Practitioners are some of the best in the world! This system definitely trains not only the body, but the mind as well!

was very dissapointed! theses vids arnt andy hug instructionals! they are film from a kyokushin camp. and the structional portiaons are of very lil use. infact im not even sure if andy hug was a black belt at the time these were filmed! i thinkhe was just one of the camp attendees.
