Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. I specially liked the Kendo part. The other Martial Arts section are of course very well done. I'd recommend it to anyone interested in the esoteric part of martial arts. I mean the spiritual aspects of it. Very professionally shot and produced. Five stars.

Mesmerizing National Geographic style treatment on Traditional "OLD SCHOOL" Martial Arts. Seeing Masahiko Tanaka aged and engaged with younger Black Belts was the highlight for me, but Hirokazu Kanazawa footage awesome as well. Also enjoyed getting some of the more obscure arts as part of this captivating DVD.
