This book contains, essentially, "lost material" from the Tao of Jeet Kune Do. Lee unfortunately died before he'd finished writting his book, and as a result "Tao" was simply a collection of notes. This book is a great addition, and includes more in-depth explainations of striking and kicking techniques.

Great book on JKD! As stated above, this basically pieces together all of the random notes in the Tao of Jeet Kune Do and is essential reading to anyone interested in Lees martial arts philosophy and techniques. This is my top choice for JKD reading!
