Goes through each of the kata in the Seitei set, concentrating on the fine points and also demonstrating the common mistakes (and how to correct them). MJER iaidoka should be aware, though, that you can't use this as a perfect example of the kata, since it looks like it's done in MSR style (sageo tied on right side, noto done with the ha pointing to the left rather than up, etc.) But if you keep that in mind, it's a great way to reinforce what you learn in the dojo, seeing it over and over again.
