Tai Chi Gong Fa DVD & CD Set   Tai Chi Gong Fa is an exercise of "Chi" energy to balance your body and mind. There is also a booklet with detailed instructions. with new age music produced by Xu Qing-yuan and the lively video demonstration of Tai Chi master Chen Ching-hua, you can absorb the essence of Tai Chi anywhere, anytime you want to.

Chen Ching-Hua is a major disciple of Hsiung Wei, the creator of Tai Chi Tao Yin. He practiced Shao Lin Chuan in his childhood from his family. He then followed Huang Tsang-lang to learn Judo. He also studied Tsung Ho Chuan from a disciple of Cheng Mon-ching. By both inheriting the masters' wisdom and accumulating personal experiences and understanding, Chun Ching-hua had organized his own system for basic learning and exercise.

Format: DVD NTSC + CDNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used.

Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual.

Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

This is the only English language DVD for the incredible art of taiji daoyin. These are difficult stretches that open and prepare the body for any taiji practice. They are especially popular with dancers and others that value expressive body movement. Not easy at all, but very rewarding and a valuable practice in their own right. The DVD is also beautifully filmed. Highly recommended.
