I have serious disagreements with the training methods and philosophy on the reverse grip. HOWEVER, as far as videos go, it was filmed well, clear, concise, and Mike Janich is an extremely easy person to understand when he talks about his system. I would still investigate his other works due to his teaching manner. This is definitely NOT for people already versed in reverse grip methods, but for a beginner, this is a good introduction.
