Let me just say this, Simonet is AWESOME! This DVD set will take your trapping understanding and training to WHOLE NEW LEVELS! It doesn't really matter what style you practice 'cuz Simonet blends Filipino traps, Wing Chun traps, Thai Clinching and Silat into one form. OUTSTANDING! Not only that, but it's VERY easy to follow, he shows section taught on the dummy, in the air and with a partner. You can't NOT learn from it.

A must have dvd, for martial artist that want to improve their knowledge of the fight. I have practiced traditionale Japanese martial arts, but I like very much the way of Simonet explain some fight copnccepts. And a practical way to practice on the gooden dumie
