Highly recommend this DVD. It helps supplement anyone training in BJJ. It is a fairly short DVD for the money, but the techniques I haven't seen anywhere else. The triangle defense alone is worth the money tho.

Nice DVD. Mark's intro, which breaks down the different philosophies of BJJ and Western Wrestling, is golden by itself. The DVD shows unconventional counters to common BJJ holds such as the arm bar and triangle choke, and includes some alternative submission options as well.
