Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. I bought this DVD series a year ago and I can say this is a very detailed high quality DVD. Kosaka explain in detail each technique and position. A lot of good stuff inside!
