If your interested in learning all of the Important details of Butterfly and X-Guard, this DVD is the DVD that you need to buy! Stephan as usual leaves no stone unturned covering practically every sweep from the butterfly position, as well as making sure you understand the mechanics to execute sweeps properly. I own every single disc that Kesting has produced, and will buy anything he makes, this guy is gold.

Good Details on butterfly. Stephan really knows how to teach. My only complaint is that the recording qualilty is a bit sub par. Looks very grainy on my TV. My other Kesting DVD's had much better video quality.
