A great overall introduction to Muay Thai. Also some great combinations and nifty facts that aren't widely known in American & European style Muay Thai.

One of the first Muay Thai instructionals in the US, it's still worth watching. The voice over is a bit annoying and adds nothing to what's being shown - better to watch with the sound off.

Excellent intro to Muay Thai with some seldom seen combinations. Even though it looks like it was origonally shot in the mid 80's, it is all very relevant to MMA and Muay Thai today.

I bought this set because the reviews were good. When I first got it, I was disappointed. It came in two little jewel cases and it's from 1989. But then I sat down and really watched it. The first DVD is AWESOME!!! It has alot of really good combinations and 'practical' combos at that. I've been using them in alot of sparring applications for Thai and MMA. And the second DVD is a long interview w/ Pud Pad where he discusses Thai traditions and is coupled with videos from the first DVD & sparring while discussing the martial arts philosophy and way of life. for the price, GET IT!!!
