SPECIAL OPERATION COMBATIVES SERIES
Master Sergeant Randy McElwee is a decorated US Army Special Forces combat veteran. He served 18 years with Special Forces including top secret, classified Special Category missions. His experience includes combat and service in the Persian Gulf, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq, Panama, Central America, Afghanistan, and throughout Southwest Asia. He has conducted training and operations with Special Forces, the US Navy SEALS, and US Army Rangers. He currently serves as a Military Science Instructor at the University of Georgia.
Volume #1: Basic Training: Weapons and Strikes.
Special Forces training includes discussion and lessons in controlled aggression, confidence and physical conditioning. Learn about special operator�s arsenal of weapons such as; M-4 assault rifle, M-9 pistol, knife, sticks and other objects. Training includes stances and basic footwork, strikes, kicks and blocks.

Special Forces training includes the clinch, passive and active entry techniques such as; catch/cover/clinch. The �V� block, jab-cross, side kick. Learn integrated techniques for trapping, off-balancing arm locks, trap blocks, strikes in trapping range, trapping drills, bicep destruction against the jab and shoulder destruction against the hook.

Volume #3: Taking the fight to the ground.
Special Forces training includes taking enemy to the ground, gaining control, finishing the fight, various break falls such as; the front, rear, side, front roll. Take downs from the clinch, joint lock take downs and combination take downs.

Volume #4: The ground war techniques and drills.
Special Forces training includes ground fighting strategy, ground combat techniques, stance recovery, ground fighting positions, escaping the mount, passing the guard, reversals, finishing chokes and joint lock techniques.

Training includes introductory stick fighting techniques and the numerous angles of attack. Learn how to defend against the stick from numerous directions, basic knife fighting techniques, disarming the enemy, rifle and pistol retention and firearms disarming techniques.

Volume #6: Special forces realism training techniques
Training includes reality training progression; medicine ball and pad drills, skill compartmentalization; boxing, kick boxing, grappling and grappling sensitivity drills.
