Vol 1: Kuntao is a punishing art, characterized by tearing and breaking. Roberto Torres' foundation is based on three systems: Petjut Kilat Silat, Visitacion Kuntao and Wu Kung Kuntao. In this tape You'll learn Balangkas (stepping forms) one through six, Kalasag Kamay (shielding hands), Salag (blocks), Tulay Kamay (bridging hands), Sikaran (kicking) and Laban Kamay (fighting hands).

Vol 2: All the keys to fighting can be found in these dances. You'll learn 15 forms with a fighting application for each. You'll learn to use your basic skills and the principles to create your own combinations.

Vol 3: Learn the principles of balance and manipulating the centerline. Roberto Torres teaches foot directions, Tatsulok Buno (triangle throwing) and Hagis (throwing).

Vol 4: Roberto Torres teaches the use of the stick or blade. You'll learn the basic strikes and 12 angles of attack. Applications with in-depth explanations are taught. You'll also learn defense, disarms and see controlled free sparring as well as Bunga, a free form practice.
