This is probaby the most in depth series ever produced. I found it a little hard to follow at times, but there's so much information, multiple angles shown, different speeds and slow motion that it makes for a great reference or learning tool for anyone involved in Silat! I think this was even marketed at one time as holding all requirements to Black Belt and then some. So it's worth it for any silat stylist!
