This series is very easy to follow, step by step and very in depth. I haven't seen a more in depth Choy Lay Fut series EVER available. Master Wong is an excellent teacher, everythings easy to follow along, mutliple angles and speeds are shown. Instructional wise, you can't go wrong!

I HAVE THE COMPLETE SET SEEN ON THIS SIGHT AND ALSO THE COMPLETE SERIES HE PRODUCED IN OR ABOUT 2005. THE NEW SERIES ARE BY FAR THE BEST TO BE FOUND ANYWHERE TAKING THE STUDENT FROM THE VERY BEGINING ALL THE WAY STEP BY STEP TO THE THE MOST ADVANCED SETS AND TECHNIQUES. YOU COULD SPEND YEARS IN THE MASTERY OF THIS SERIES ALONE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
